Terms & Conditions
*We are strictly a quiet site after 10.30pm with no exceptions, we reserve the right to remove any guest causing a disturbance.
*Tents left in bad condition are subject to a cleaning fee.
*Strictly No smoking inside the tents or bathrooms.
*Check in is from 3pm onwards on day of arrival (but you can leave your bags with us by prior arrangement.)Check-out no later than 11.30am on day of departure.
*Glamping guests only please, Hotel guests are not permitted on the grounds.
*No littering please.
*Any breakages/damage must be reported and paid for in full.
*Should we experience extreme weather we reserve the right to cancel on short notice if we cannot provide accommodation for you.
*Parents must supervise children at all times please.
*Unfortunately we are not in a position to cater for Hen/Stag parties
*We are animal lovers but due to allergy restrictions we cannot have pets stay

A 20% non refundable deposit is paid when booking with the balance on arrival by cash or card.
