Lake River Lodge is located in the quaint small town of Bull Shoals, Arkansas. The property and rooms are accessible, clean, and recently remodeled. The 2-story lodge is next on the list for renovation. With a large lawn and pavilion, there is plenty of room to spread out for games or relaxing.
Bull Shoals is right on the banks of Bull Shoals Lake giving you convenient access to all things water! Bull Shoals Dam is right down the road. Several local gems are available to experience the Ozarks including, Gaston's Visitor Center, Bull Shoals Caverns & Mountain Village 1890, Mom & Pop restaurants and fishing guides!
We look forward to providing you a place to stay away from home, in our hometown.

Terms & Conditions

1. CHECK-IN BEGINS AFTER 3:00PM, Or as accommodations become available. CHECK-OUT IS AT 11:00AM. The lodge is not responsible for any unused portions of your stay or other unused services and will not refund any money.
2. The lodge cannot be held liable for the events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God or acts of restraints imposed by government authorities. The lodge cannot be held liable from any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays, or loss of enjoyment of any kind or nature. This includes all guests and/or traveling companions or group members. There are not refunds given due to weather.
3. The quality of the lodge's services and facilities has been rated in accordance with the normal standards of the destination and could be different from the standards in other places and/or countries. Services may be interrupted at any time for renovations, maintenance, or construction.
4. All information and pictures contained in our website, brochure and other collaterals have been checked for accuracy. However, since these are descriptive only, the lodge cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen changes or loss of enjoyment. All photographs are published as illustrations of the property only.
5. Please be sure you show a valid identification at the front desk upon check-in. Foreign guests are required to present passports.
6. Any special offers and rates are always subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
7. Room sharing without informing the Front Desk is not permitted and will be automatically charged with an additional rate per person in the room.
8. The room key, if used, must be returned to the office key box before leaving the lodge (any lost key will be charged accordingly).
9. Visitors are permitted between 8:00AM AND 8:00PM ONLY. Visitors must register and leave a valid identification card at the reception desk.
10. For your children's safety, children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult throughout the lodge property.
Il. Nudity is STRONGLY PROHIBITED. You will be asked to leave the property if this violation occurs.
12. ALL VALUABLE ITEMS should be placed in a secure place of your choosing. THE LODGE IS NOT RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF VALUABLES OR OTHER BELONGINGS OF THE GUESTS.
13. Please check your room thoroughly prior to your departure for any personal belongings. We will not be responsible for items lost or left behind. If you have left an item behind, please call our Office and every effort will be made to locate the item. If the item is found, it is the guest's responsibility for shipment costs.
14. Weapons/firearms, toxic materials, explosives, or inflammable items are not to be discharged on the property and are not permitted within the lodge.
15. Smoking is not permitted inside the cab. You may smoke where ash trays are sitting but never on the community porches. If it is determined that smoking did occur inside an additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of smoke removal and any smoke damages.
16. Inside the rooms, there are several items which are chargeable if they get lost or broken.
17. GAMBLING, PROSTITUTION AND USAGE OF DRUGS WITHIN THE LODGE IS IN VIOLATIONS OF THE STATE REGULATIONS AND IS THEREFORE STRICKLY PROHIBITED. THE USE OF DRUGS WITHIN THE LODGE WILL BE REPORTED TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
18. The Lodge is not responsible for accidents or injury during your stay. In the event of accident or injury the staff will assist you, without meaning the Lodge is responsible for any claim or liability.
19. The Lodge is not responsible of your purchases and agreements that you make outside the Lodge, or with other persons or entities.
20. LOUD ABUSIVE LANGUAGE OR PROFANITY will NOT be tolerated at any time and is cause for eviction with no refund. Guests are not allowed to make excessive noise in the rooms or public areas at any time.
21. Do not use towels for any other purpose than normal bath-related use. If towels or linens are found to be unusually stained or dirty beyond normal use, you will be charged with a $50.00 replacement penalty.
22.There will be a $35 pet fee per pet, limit 2, charged at check-in per stay. Pets need to be under 35Ibs. Please be sure they are flea-free and bring a leash and anything else you need to take care of your pet. Keep in mind other pets will be here also so keep your pet on a leash when outside of room. If you leave your pets in the room, please make sure they are in a kennel. Please clean up after your pets. (Our lawn guys say Thank You!)
The guest agrees to adhere to the policies rules and regulations of Lake River Lodge.
Should the guest conduct himself/herself in a manner threatening to the lodge or any of its Staff and/or other guest(s) the lodge has the right to refuse service or expel him/her from the lodge. In this event the guest is responsible for all costs and no refunds will be issued for any unused portions.
Choosing to IGNORE THE ABOVE-MENTIONED policies, rules and regulations may result in the
Management's decision that the guest must leave the property without any refund. The lodge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payment Policy

To secure your reservation, a deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time you make the reservation. You will receive a confirmation email and a receipt. Walk in's are welcome. All major credit/debit cards are accepted as well as cash.

Cancellation Policy

As small independently owned rooms, cancellations affect us dearly. WE UNDERSTAND that plans change at the last minute. We hope you understand that, as a small business with limited availability, we must enforce our cancellation policies. You are responsible for the ENTIRE COST of your STAY. No refunds will be made for NO-SHOWS or EARLY DEPARTURES. Cancellations may be made via phone 870-445-8686 or email to lakeriverlodge@outlook.com. Reducing the length of the stay, the number of rooms or the value of the original reservation constitutes as a cancellation and will be subject to the Cancellation Policy and the Minimum Stay Requirement will apply.
TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, you agree to give us NOTICE of Cancellation, by PHONE OR EMAIL, by the cancellation deadline outlined below. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours, please call to make sure we received your request.
Discount and Package Cancellation Policy: Discounted Reservations are Non-Refundable as are Packages and Reservations made using Coupons, Value Cards or Gift Certificate.
CANCELLATION DEADLINE: Cancellations must be requested 30 days before the standard
expected check-in time (3PM CST) on the day of the start of your reservation, less than 7 days forfeiture of total deposit.
