Property Information
Lakeview Lodge is located on the south end of beautiful Lake Concordia near Ferriday, La. Just minutes away from Vidalia, La. and the tourist mecca of Natchez, Ms.. Lake Concordia is an oxbow of the Mississippi river. Cypress trees line the bank of this 1,000 acre lake. It is an open lake used for both recreational boating and fishing. The lake is stocked with Florida strain largemouth bass. The lake record for largemouth bass is 13lbs 4oz caught in March 1998. Other species that are highly sought after are, sac a lait (white perch, crappie), bluegill, chinquapin (red ear sunfish, shell crackers) and catfish. The lake is also home to an abundance of wildlife. At any time you could see Deer, Squirrels, Racoons and Alligators. The area also boasts populations of Owls, Hawks and different waterfowl such as Ducks, Geese and Herons. Lakeview Lodge is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. This unique room is called the Honeymoon Suite by some. It is the same size as our 2 double bed rooms but features 1 king size bed. It has a nice intimate feel and also faces lakeside.

We have 2 rooms available this size. They are spacious rooms that
share a covered porch with the Big House. The porch is connected
to a pier and has an awesome view of the lake. Room #10 has a
front door and sidewalk that leads to the parking lot.

This room features 2 king beds, 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa.
Located right next to the dining room, it shares the main porch where
you can relax and enjoy the view of the manicured backyard and
lake. You can also access this room from the parking lot side.

The Big House Book
If only the walls could talk. The Big House served as a piano bar for many years.
The complete bar is still intact in the shape of a ship and all of the nautical decor
is untouched. With over 2100 square feet of living, it provides a full kitchen and 2
full bathrooms. 9 total beds are spread throughout the house. This is our largest
and most popular room rented by large groups and families, perfect for birthday
parties, reunions or any occasion for fellowship.

EXTRA FEES WILL BE APPLIED FOR REMOVAL OF ODORS CAUSED BY SMOKING OR FRYING AND SPILLAGE/LEAKAGE OF ICE CHESTS/FISH IN FRIDGE
PET POLICY: WE HAVE A $25 NON REFUNDABLE FEE TO HAVE A PET IN OUR ROOMS, ALSO IF ANY DAMAGES OCCUR OR EXTRA CLEANING IS NEEDED THOSE CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED TO CARD ON FILE. ALL DOGS MUST BE IN A KENNEL WHEN LEFT ALONE IN ROOMS. ONLY SMALL DOGS ARE ALLOWED.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that a 1 week notification be given for a cancellation. All charges will be applied if a cancellation falls within a week of scheduled arrival time.
