Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with no penalty up to 21 days prior to arrival
Any cancellation made up to 21 days before arrival will be free of charge (the deposit will be reimbursed minus the bank costs, if any).
For cancellations notified between 21 and 15 days before the check-in date, La Masía will charge 30% of the total cost of the reservation.
For cancellations notified between 14 and 8 days before the check-in date, La Masía will charge 50% of the total cost of the booking.
For cancellations notified between 7 and 1 days before the check-in date, La Masía will charge 50% of the total cost of the booking.
For cancellations notified 1 day or less before the check-in date, no shows or early check-outs, La Masía will charge the full amount of the reservation on the credit card provided during the booking process.
