Le Griffon is also surrounded by other historic houses, shops, boutiques, art galleries, and the largest weekly outdoor market in Atlantic Canada. The entire top floor of an elegant Victorian villa (circa 1898), this super sweet suite has a bedroom, a sitting room, and an en-suite washroom. Amenities include WIFI, a 45-inch Smart TV, and A/C.
Guests of our B&B have a private entrance, access to the lobby, beautiful parlour & a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Located in the heart of downtown Shédiac, 16km from Moncton Airport & 3km from Parlee Beach!

Terms & Conditions
Check-in time is between 4:00pm and 7:00pm daily. Variations may be accommodated by prior arrangement. Check-out is set at 11:00am. Please ring both doorbells on the front door (the door facing Main Street). Guests can enjoy a copious full breakfast in the dining room from 7:30am to 9:30am daily. Please advise of any food allergies or concerns in advance - we'll try to accommodate!
Le Griffon is equipped with two full kitchens – one of which is reserved for guest use at any time after the innkeepers have finished serving breakfast. It is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. Please be respectful of others and clean up immediately after every use. Because of life-threatening allergies in the innkeepers’ family, NO SEAFOOD and NO NUTS are to be prepared in the kitchen or consumed on the premises.
We do not allow smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, incense, or candle burning anywhere on the property. A $250 cleaning charge will apply to guests who smoke inside the building so that it can be returned to a non-smoking status. After 10:00pm, our clientele appreciates a climate conducive to a good night's rest. Only those people registered with the B&B are permitted on the premises during quiet hours. We are not able to accommodate guest pets - ours are confined to the owners’ quarters.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. No payment will be processed in advance of your stay (exception: stays of 5 nights or more and multiple bookings require a deposit of 50%). Full payment is due upon arrival. We accept Cash (in CAD$), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Debit.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee, based on the entire reservation assessment, will be charged to the credit card provided to secure the booking. If you cancel within 72-hours of the arrival date, 100% of the entire reservation will be applied. Early departures and no-shows are regarded as cancellations. This policy applies to each room reserved and charges are subject to applicable taxes.
