You can cancel your reservation for free before 48 hours of arrival. If you cancel your reservation after this moment, the first night will be charged on your card. The same will apply if you leave the hotel before the end of your reservation or if you do not show up (reservation is kept up to the 1st night).

For stays from December 1 onwards, we offer our clients the following cancellation policy: Reservations with payment at the hotel: possibility of canceling the reservation up to 48 hours before the day of arrival without any cancellation or penalty expenses (if canceled later, one night will be charged), or possibility of modification of dates through the confirmation link sent to your email address.

Reservations with Non Refundable Rate: possibility of modifying the reservation date with 1 year in sight, but no refunds will be made of the amount paid. This amount will be kept as a deposit for the future reservation. If the modification of the reservation is made for a period with a higher rate than the one paid, the difference of the new reservation with respect to the deposit that has been saved from the original reservation must be paid. If the modification of the reservation is made for a period with a lower rate than the one paid, a voucher will be offered for consumption in the hotel and / or upgrade to a superior room or superior regime, until reaching the total of the deposit saved from the original reservation.
