Lighthouse is a cozy family operated 13 room motel located on Ludington Avenue convenient to all the best Ludington and West Michigan has to offer.
Voted one of the top ten beaches in the nation Ludingtons City Beach on Lake Michigan at Stearns Park is just one block from your door. Stearns Park boasts a mini golf course, shuffleboard court, a skate park, playground, expansive picnic area with tables and grills and of couse the pier and The North Pierhead Lighthouse.
Within a one to ten block area you'll find the Ludington Carferry dock and the "SS Badger", a large variety of restaurants, quaint shops, antique stores, City Park and Bandshell, Waterfront Sculpture Park with play ground and Amphitheatre, city boat launch, Municipal Marina, Harborview Marina, tennis courts, ball diamonds and ice cream.
Just a few miles away Ludington's State Park offers miles of white sandy beach, Big Point Sable Lighthouse, hiking trails, biking trails and access within the park to Lake Michigan, Hamlin Lake and Sable River.
Lighthouse Motel provides a great location to enjoy your vacation and with microwaves and refrigerators in every room it's a perfect choice for a week or just a day.

Terms & Conditions
* Housekeeping is available if requested in advance, we do not enter during your stay unless you request.
Used towels may be traded for clean by asking at office during the morning hours.
* No smoking in rooms.
Outdoor smoking is allowed on the premises away from guest rooms and open windows.
Outdoor ashtrays are provided for discarding cigarette butts, please do not leave them on the grounds.
* Only registered guests allowed on premises please make arrangements at office for any guests
or changes in the number of registered guests to your room.
* Quiet time 10pm-10am - please no loud talking or children playing during these hours.
Those guests using common areas during 10pm-10am must be quiet and considerate of other guests.
* No roller blade or skateboard use on property.
Skate Park is located just one block away at Sterns Park.
* No pets allowed in non pet friendly rooms.
* Pet friendly rooms are subject to $25 pet fee and we will accept pets 30lb and under with advance arrangement.
No pets allowed on furniture, left alone in rooms or left barking.
All grounds must be kept clean of pet debris (ask at office if bags are needed).
* Violation of the terms and conditions will result in termination of the remainder of your stay and loss of any security deposit.
* Customer will accept liability for any damage of the room or it's contents during their stay

* A one night deposit is required on all summer reservations unless otherwise arranged. Deposits may be paid by check or money order.
