Terms & Conditions

• Upon check-in photo identification is required.
• Guests under 21 are not allowed to place own reservation nor stay alone.
• A security deposit of 150 GUILDERS / 82 DOLLARS / 75 EUROS is required upon arrival for incidental charges which has to be paid in cash. This will be returned after room inspection at the time of check out. We do suggest you pay this in your currency so at time of check out it is useful back home.
• Smoking in the room is not allowed, if so a fine of FL.350 / $200 will be added to your final bill.
• Drugs usage on the grounds of Lilu Apartments Curacao is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of your stay.
• Lilu Apartments Curacao is entitled to terminate your stay in case of obstruction or if the guests go against our house rules.
• Late check out is possible based on availability and will have a surcharge of $10 per hour till 5PM local time. After 5PM one-night room and tax will be charged.
• Minimum stay is 5 nights. Shortened stay will not be refunded.
• Pool Hours 7am till 11pm
• Pool usage is at your own risk
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times on property and pool.
• No parties are allowed in the room nor the property.
• Visitation is possible up to 2 guest per apartment. All visitors are under the sole responsibility of the guests.
• Parking is on your own risk
• All guests are welcome to use the pool equipments such as: deck chairs, umbrellas, sofa, television and bar free of charge. BBQ area and equipments are also available for the uninterrupted enjoyment of our guests (additional charges apply) For more information or reservation please contact the concierge.
• Pets are not allowed on the property of Lilu Apartments Curacao.
• Our apartments do have a maximum allowance. If noticed that more guests are staying without approval, your stay will be terminated immediately.
• Each unit is equipped with a prepaid electrical system which allows guests to determine how much they need. A sum of Nafl. 25, - worth of electricity will be provided by Lilu Apartments Curaçao. It is possible to consume more electricity at the pump station or local mini markets.
• The housekeeping service is after 3 days of your stay with no additional charges. This service can be requested for an additional charge of $20 each time.
• A laundry room is available on property with no additional charges, guests need to bring own laundry detergent and softener.
• We urge you to please not hang any clothes on the balcony, all our apartments do have a washing line in the back garden of your apartment.
• Removing the towels from the apartment is not allowed.
• When leaving your apartment, please close the balcony door as well as the door to your room. We are not responsible for money, jewelry and other valuable goods left inside the apartments or on the property of Lilu Apartments.
•All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
•Please report any mal function or breakdown to the concierge at the desk or call.

Payment Policy

50% will be charged after booking is confirmed. 14 days prior to arrival date the other 50% outstanding total will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

If canceled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, One (1) night will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
