Terms & Conditions
Dear Guest,
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made at Linden House Stansted. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to your arrival.
Check-in/ Check-out Requirements
Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, Guests may check-in at any time from 15:00 pm on the scheduled day of arrival.
Late Check-ins:
Linden House is unable to accept check-ins after 11:00 PM unless the guest has contacted us by email advising us that they will be late. Failure to contact us by email prior to midnight will mean that Linden House cannot guarantee the room availability
On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11.00 am (unless a later departure is stated as part of your Booking). Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the Hotel.
We cannot guarantee that the rooms will be ready for an early check-in, however, please contact us on the day and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Children:
All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Accommodation:
We have a number of z-beds and cots available to use for children up to the age of 18. Not all rooms can accommodate extra beds, please book before arrival. Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy rules set by the Hotel. If you would like further details please contact the Company or the Hotel.

Damage:
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
No Smoking:
Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas. A £200 cleaning charge will be applied should guests smoke anywhere in the property.
Parking:
We do not have parking facilities. There is a pay & display car park at Crafton Green immediately opposite the entrance which is free of charge between 17:00 PM and 08:00 AM. On Sundays and Bank Holidays the cost for 24hrs is £3.00. Visitors are welcome to drop off baggage and guests before parking the car. If you require any assistance with your bags, please call us as you arrive and a member of staff will meet you in the car park.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy effective from midday the day prior to arrival after which time your booking will be charged accordingly.
If you need to cancel or amend your reservation for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
