Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours will forfeit the deposit, but can be used for a future stay within one calendar year of the original reservation (Rates may change with date adjustment).
If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival your deposit will be forfeited and no credit will be issued.
Spa Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the treatment date will not result in a charge. Cancellations 24 hours prior will be charged in full and a credit will be held to put towards your next treatment. Same day cancellations are fully non-refundable.
