1. Premise
Use of these services implies complete acceptance without reservations and the validity of each and every one of the general Terms and Conditions, which shall be considered automatically inserted in the agreement signed with Little hotelier, without the need for the transcription of the same reported in the latest updated version of these general Terms and/or Conditions.

2. Use of Little Hotelier Hotel preliminary and online booking services

2.1. Preliminary booking services
Online preliminary booking services are merely informative and are solely intended to offer the User the possibility to view the available rooms in a hotel or city of their preference. Within 24 hours, the user shall receive a confirmation email for the booking made. Bookings shall therefore be binding only following acceptance by Little Hotelier Hotel through confirmation of the booking via email and the subsequent payment for said booking by the user. The User must check the booking confirmation and promptly inform Boscolo Hotels in writing of any errors.

2.2. Online booking services
a. Online booking services are intended for the booking of one or more rooms at any Little Hotelier Hotel. Use of these services implies complete acceptance without reservations and the validity of each and every one of the general terms and conditions, which shall be considered automatically inserted in the agreement signed with Little Hotelier Hotel, without the need for the transcription of the same reported in the latest updated version of these general terms and/or conditions.
b. Stipulation procedure. When using the service, the User will receive an email attesting to the confirmation procedure for the online purchase. Once the booking has been charged, You will receive a confirmation email of the same. This email also acts as proof of Your booking.
c. Guarantee. The booking shall be confirmed and guaranteed for the entire night via credit card. In the event of a no-show at the Hotel without prior warning, You will be charged for the first night's accommodation (including VAT and taxes).

Políticas de pago

All payments for your stay will be taken from the card used at the time of booking. This will be debited the evening before arrival. If you wish to pay with a different card, please contact us at least 2 days before arrival to ensure we have the correct card details for payment. However, if you wish to pay with cash, this is not a problem and can be done so on check in. We require 2 days notice before the date of check in, to ensure your card is not charged.

Política de cancelación

Dissolution of contract or cancellation of booking. The credit card is only used as a guarantee. The cancellation of bookings by the User shall not incur any charges for advance cancellation, provided the cancellation is made within 4pm (local time of hotel) of the day prior to arrival. Once this time limit has passed, by way of compensation Little Hotelier Hotel will charge cancellation fees in addition to the amount for the first night's accommodation (including VAT and taxes).
These clauses are not valid during peak periods (trade shows, conferences, events, etc.) and in the case of bookings made with special rates. In said cases, special conditions shall be applied and stated in the confirmation form.
e. Cancellation penalty
No penalty shall be charged provided the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the date of arrival (local time of hotel).
For cancellations made after this time, the cost of the first night (including VAT and taxes) shall be charged.
In the event of a no-show without any prior notification by the User, You will be charged for the first night's accommodation (including VAT and taxes).
