Reservation Policy

All rates are in US dollars per day, based on double occupancy.
The family room based on four people .
Minimum stay nights, from 23th December to 07th January minimum stay 7 nights.
All rates and are subject to a 16% IVA tax and 3 % tax
Check in time is 3:00pm, check out time at Noon.
Reservations and Cancellation Policy

1- A deposit of 100% of the amount plus taxes is required to secure your reservation.

2- Please read carefully our cancellation policy described below.

By confirming your reservation with your credit card or Domain Transfer you are accepting the terms and conditions of our policy.

3. The amount of your reservation will be secured in full before arrival.

In our guesthouse you can pay in mexican pesos, dollars, credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).

We not accept American Express, travelers checks, euros or any other currency.

If required you can pay by bank transfer before your arrival.

The change in the hotels shown is fixed, you have the possibility to change dollars in the bank, at the airport, in exchange offices or ATMs both in town and on the beach.

4- During the Christmas and New Year (December 22 to January 8), a minimum stay of 5 nights, and a minimum of three days over Easter is required.

In our five-Posadas no pets.

7-We always encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance, which are not very expensive and cover any cancellation of flights and accommodation in the event there hurricanes in the area or any other situation where flight have to be canceled.

8-the hotel requires a deposit of 100 usd.
The bicicleteas require a deposit 150USD.

Cancellation Policy

1- By confirming your reservation with your credit card, bank transfer etc you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.

2-Cancellations made before 20 days of arrival will have a 100% refund.

3-any cancellation before 19 days of arrival will be charged 100%, will not return

ON THE DATES OF THE DAY 22 TO JANUARY 8 CANCELLATIONS WILL BE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL ALL CANCELACIOM 29 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL WILL BE CHARGED IN A 100% NO RETURN WILL OR CHANGE OF DATE.

4- We don not a refund for canceled flights or natural disasters, so we invite you to purchase travel insurance to protect you in such cases.

5- Any changes to your reservation must be made 30 days before arrival by email, livetulum@gmail.com

Any changes will be subject to availability, If we don't have avalability we won't make changes and plowed valid cancellation policy.

No credits or refunds will be granted for changes to your reservation by reducing the number of nights, made ​​less than 30 days of arrival.

6-No refunds or credits will be issued in the case of early departures.
