Terms & Conditions

The check-in time is from 15:00 until 21:00 hours. We appreciate you notifying us by email, by phone or via WhatsApp at +52 477 787 6640 your approximate arrival time.

The check-out time is at 12:00 noon, in case of vacating the room later during the same day, a half rate will be charged plus the corresponding taxes.

Loba is place exclusively for men over 18 years of age.

Smoking in rooms is not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to apply deep cleaning charges in case of a strong smoke odor caused by the guest.

Any physical or verbal aggression against any of the guests, visitors, hotel staff and collaborators is grounds for expulsion with no possible refund.

The cost of the extra person is 60 USD per night. In case of losing the room key there will be a charge of 20 USD more taxation. Likewise, a charge of 40 USD will be charged for sheets, towels or pillows that require stain removal.

Taxes applicable to our rates are 16% VAT and 3% for lodging, which are included in the rate of the room.

The guest accepts to perform an Authorization of balance on his credit card (check in) when registering, which can be used to settle all expenses, including accommodation, extras charges and/or damages to the property, if payment is not made by other means at the time of check-out. The amount of 100 USD will be retained as a warranty deposit, the remaining balance will be returned at check-out.

It is allowed to be naked inside the hotel facilities.

Any sexual relationship in the common areas of the hotel is strictly prohibited.

It is prohibited to enter any type of illegal drug and narcotic, as well as its consumption within the facilities.

The use of any horn or sound device in the common areas of the hotel is prohibited, especially after 11:00 pm and until 11:00 am.

In case of breaching the internal regulations of the hotel, the management can request the eviction of the facilities without possible reimbursement.

At the time of booking you confirm that you know and accept our policies.

Payment Policy

To confirm your reservation on our website or by phone, it is necessary to provide a valid credit card, which will be debited the equivalent of 50% of the total amount of the stay at least one month before the arrival date.

It is also possible to make a deposit or bank transfer to confirm a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.

After this period the deposit is charged for late modification or cancellation.

In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the total stay plus taxes will be charged.
