Conditions générales
Payment
A credit card is needed to secure all reservations. The card will be charged prior to arrival and used to guarantee your reservation. Full payment will be taken on bookings for all special offers and non-refundable rates at the time of booking. This will not be refundable or transferable should your travel plans change.
Check In/Out
Please note that the earliest check in time is 14:00 and the latest check out time is 11:00.
Additional fees for late check in/out;
Late check in - £30 after 19:00.
Late check out - There is a £30 charge until 14:00 and half a day’s room rate up to 18:00.
Smoking
We operate a strict non-smoking policy in our apartments and any guest who does not adhere to this will be charged £100.00.
Damages
We will charge guests for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Parties/Gatherings
Please note that all unregistered guests have to leave the premises by 22:00. Gatherings of persons over the amount of registered guests are not allowed. Parties are not allowed in the rooms at any time and may result in the Management requesting the offending party to vacate the premises without refund. Guest who carry out parties will be fined £250 in addition to charges for any damage caused.
Pets
No pets, other than registered guide dogs are permitted.
Extensions
If you wish to extend a stay please give us as much notice as possible in order to facilitate your request. All extensions are subject to availability and rate change.
Storage
Luggage storage is available at head office subject to availability. Items are left at the owners risk and no responsibility is taken for lost, stolen or broken items.

If any feature/facility is essential for the guest in choosing a particular property, it is advisable that the guest checks this with the property, prior to booking. We cannot be held liable for omissions or errors, whether temporary or permanent of a property's facilities and services.

Any additional charges will be charges to the payment card provided for the accommodation charge. If we are unable to obtain payment we will pursue our damages through legal proceedings. UK law will apply.
