Lotus Mountain Retreat
"Come Up For Air" to Lotus Mountain Retreat, an isolated place of refuge located near Bolton Mountain, one of the most tranquil areas in the pristine Green Mountains of Vermont. We are grateful and honored that you are considering our retreat center as your personal refuge. No matter whether you will be joining us for an upcoming personal retreat, group retreat, workshop, massage, yoga class, or just visiting us for the day to “recharge your batteries” and enjoy the vast beauty and serenity of the area, our doors and our hearts are open to you. Lotus Mountain Retreat is an educational and wellness retreat center offering a dozen guest rooms, on a beautiful mountainside in the Bolton Valley community of Vermont. We host workshops and both personal and staff relaxation and vacation retreats. We have a massage studio, a yoga studio, and a large classroom at our center, as well as a hot tub, a sauna, and an all-organic vegan dining room. Located at the base of Bolton Valley ski resort, our property is "ski-in, ski-out", situated with easy access to water cascades and swimming holes, and a network of hiking trails leading to amazing views of the Green Mountains and Lake Champlain. Minutes away from Ben & Jerry's; about a half hour drive from Stowe, Montpelier or Burlington. The Ponds, owned by The Essex, is a popular event center one mile down the street. Same building that formerly housed the Black Bear Inn. Ideal for small weddings.

Terms & Conditions
LODGING POLICIES
Lotus Mountain Retreat is a wellness retreat center. Our goal is to create a healing environment for all our guests to relax, rejuvenate, and nurture.
Smoking is not allowed on the property, and we ask that you not bring hard liquor.
Pets are allowed (as long as they are well-behaved) but we ask that you do not leave them unattended. You are responsible for any damage they cause and we collect a $20 deposit in advance.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8 PM. If you will be arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. We will be happy to leave a note with your room key at the front desk.
Check-out: Noon. If you need late check-out, please let us know in advance. If we aren't full, we are usually able to provide that.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility and pay for the entire reservation.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 90 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
