I understand the following: This is a NON-SMOKING motel, I am subject to a $200.00 room recovery fee and eviction from this motel for smoking anywhere in the building. This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for accidents (or) injury to a guest, loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. I agree to be responsible and pay for and all DAMAGES that might arise from the occupancy of the premises rented by the guests or any invitees. I agree to depart this motel by the CHECK-OUT time of 11am on the date indicated (or) pay for any additional night's stay.
