This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for accidents (or) injury to a guest, loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. I agree to be responsible and pay for and all DAMAGES that might arise from the occupancy of the premises rented by the guests or any invitees. I agree to depart this motel by the CHECK-OUT time of 11am on the date indicated (or) pay for any additional night's stay.
