COLLECTION SERVICE AT THE 24H AIRPORT
If you wish, we can send you a taxi with the keys to the accommodation. Taxi service from the airport to the accommodation costs € 45 (maximum 4 people) or € 65 (maximum 6 people). To request this service you must send us a photo of the ID or passport of all guests over 16 years to transfer@madridsuites.es and indicate the flight number, terminal and approximate time of arrival. The driver waits for you at the exit of the security control with the sign "MADRID SUITES"

FREE DELIVERY SERVICE OF KEYS IN THE APARTMENT UNTIL 6:00 PM
When you arrive at the address of the apartment call +34 910 568 160 and the staff of Madrid Suites will move to the accommodation to give you the keys until 18: 00h. The approximate time of arrival of our staff is 15 minutes. In order to comply with current legislation, to request this service you must send us a photo of the ID or passport of all guests over 16 years of age to id@madridsuites.es. Please remember that the usual time for handing in the keys to our offices is until 6:00 p.m. *.

** IMPORTANT: The maximum waiting time of our receptionists is 25 minutes. After this period of time you must request another reception service paying the additional charge.

Early check-in and late check-out supplements have a 50% discount. These are the conditions:
- This promotion is only valid for evaluations made up to 15 days after the end of your stay and exclusively for payments made with a credit / debit card.
- The refund will be made automatically upon receiving the "EXCELLENT" valuation (the highest valuation).
- Early check-in and late check-out services are subject to availability.
- It is necessary to check 24 hours before your arrival or departure date.

To apply the discount do not forget to request the stamp to our receptionist. Before withdrawing your vehicle, go through the box attended by the parking staff, as this discount is not applicable to automatic payment machines.

BAGGAGE LOCKER
Madrid Suites does not have a luggage storage service. However, it has a left luggage service a few meters from the apartment:

Other services:
TRANSFER SERVICE TO AIRPORT 24H
If you wish, we have transfer service from the accommodation to the airport. This service has a cost of € 30 (up to 4 people) or € 50 (up to 6 people). It is necessary to contract it 24 hours in advance by replying to this message or by writing to transfer@madridsuites.es.

STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
I. Smoking is not allowed inside apartments, balconies, terraces or windows.
II. Please respect the hours of rest. Reduce your noise level from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
III. Only registered persons can stay in the apartment.
IV. Please remember to turn off the lights and climate equipment when you leave the apartment.
V. If you lose the key, please let us know as soon as possible.
VI. Do not use the toilet as a wastebasket or open the toilet tank to store objects. In the event of a breakdown, you must pay for the repair
VII. Take out the trash from 9:00 p.m. to 01:00 a.m. If there is garbage in the apartment at the end of the stay, you must pay the garbage collection service: € 25
VIII. Do not use the towels to remove make-up. We provide you with wet towels. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: Wet wipes are not biodegradable. Please DO NOT PULL TO THE TOILET.
IX. Remember that at the end of your stay you have to leave before 12.00 p.m. otherwise you must pay a full day.

Payment Policy

The Madrid Suites Booking System, through the Internet, allows you to make reservations in real time, for any date of the year in question, in accordance with the conditions established for that purpose.

It is essential in this application to provide your credit card number, to confirm your reservation, and your email, to send you any communication regarding the status of your reservation.

This system allows you to make reservations for the same day of arrival.

Confirmation of reservations
The system will provide you with the details of the reservation made, together with the reservation number, which should be used for any other operation, consultation or communication.

The reservation confirmation, provided by the system, will be subject to the validation of the data related to your credit card by Madrid Suites. In case of errors in the credit card your reservation will be canceled.

When consulting "Availability and price" and in the "Confirmation of Reservation" the total amount corresponding to your stay will be shown, including taxes.

Security of the information
All data provided by the user will be treated in a strictly confidential manner and will only be used for the booking process of this establishment.

Interruption, inaccessibility or failure of the System
Madrid Suites is not responsible for the interruption, inaccessibility or failure of any other nature that may suffer the operation of the system, as a result of those that may occur in telecommunications services or other third-party accessories or precise for the operation of the same.

To perform any operation, a minimum age of 18 years is required.

The execution of any operation implies full acceptance of these general conditions.

Madrid Suites reserves the right to demand the corresponding responsibilities for the improper use of this system or the breach of the Rules contained in the general conditions.

The user will be the only responsible in the event that the use of the service itself is done in a defective, partial or erroneous manner, or in case someone operates on their behalf or on their behalf.

Madrid Suites reserves the right to cancel access to the reservation system of users who misuse it and fail to comply with the Booking Policies.

How many controversies arise, they submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of the Community of Madrid.

Cancellation Policy

It is possible to make changes to a reservation already confirmed, on the dates of arrival and departure, at the chosen rate (according to the one in force at the time of making the modification), and on other booking information. No modification can be made less than 30 days before the arrival date.

The cancellation or modification of your reservation must be made through our email info@madridsuites.es or by phone (+34) 910 56 81 60.

In case of no-show or cancellation after the deadline indicated, Madrid Suites reserves the right to charge the amount corresponding to the reservation, on your credit card, as compensation.
