Each of our cozy rooms feature: Free wi-fi access, pillow-top mattresses, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, and hair dryers. Pre-Payment: Guest will be charged a pre-payment of first night plus tax at time of reservation. Remaining balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation: Guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival date. NO refund if cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival. This policy applies to last minute / same day reservations.
Room Occupancy: Room numbers subject to change. Standard room rate good for 2 people. Suites 4 people. Up to 2 children under 12 years old free of charge when using existing beds. Any additional older children or adults are charged $10 per person/per night when using existing beds. Maximum of 2. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
All rooms are non-smoking. An additional surcharge of $200 will be charged to the credit card on file for smoking.

We offer limited self-parking; limit of 1 vehicle per guest room. Street parking is available.
Registered guest will be responsible for any damage or missing contents from the room.
