Assignment of Room Types is subject to availability.
Check In:
Check in starts at 3pm. Early arrivals, you are welcome to store bags at office until your room is ready. Minimum check in age is 21. Later check in times can be arranged with prior notice.
Check Out:
Check out is at 11am. However, please feel free to store your bags with us for the remainder of the day. All unapproved late check outs are subject to an additional fee.

No Smoking in Rooms.
You must be over 21 years of age to make a reservation. Children under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We are not responsible for the supervision of minors.
There is a $375 replacement charge for beach parking passes not returned at checkout.
There is a $40 charge for each missing Nightlight / USB charger.
Any damage or lost motel property items caused by you, your guests or your children will be charged to your credit card on file.

Rates are subject to change without notice and are determined at time of reservation based on availability.
Bookings made through web site require payment in full when reservation is made.
A tax of 11.675% (which includes a 3% Hotel Tax) will be applied. • Incidental charges, if any, are additional.

No refunds, credits or changes issued within 30 days of arrival.
All cancellations and alterations are subject to $100 administration fee.
All no-shows and reservations cut short will be charged in full. We do not under any circumstances offer penalty free cancellations for inclement weather or cancelled fishing trips.
PLEASE NOTE: Purchasing travelers insurance from an independent company is highly recommend if you are concerned with this policy.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations made on 3rd party booking sites have independent cancellation policies. If you did not book your reservation through our web site or directly through our office please check the 3rd party website for the applicable cancellation policy. (i.e airbnb.com, booking.com, etc...)
