Manna House London is a lodging where you will find renewed energy to make the most of your visit to London. Our property is furnished with new beds and mattresses to make your stay very comfortable. Our mission is to provide affordable short term accommodation for Christian missionaries, pastors, workers and those that live the Christian faith alongside them in other capacities, who are visiting London.

KEYS
YOU WILL ACCESS TWO LOCKBOXES:
1. FOR THE KEY TO THE FRONT DOOR - THIS LOCKBOX IS JUST OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR OF THE HOUSE
2. FOR THE KEY TO YOUR ROOM - THIS LOCKBOX IS JUST INSIDE ONCE YOU GET PAST THE FRONT DOOR
THE CODE FOR THE FIRST LOCKBOX IS IN THE "PERSONAL REQUEST" TEXT ON YOUR CONFIRMATION E-MAIL
THE CODE FOR THE SECOND LOCKBOX IS IN NEXT TO YOUR ROOM NUMBER NEAR THE TOP OF YOUR CONFIRMATION E-MAIL
THERE MAY BE SEVERAL KEYS TO THE FRONT DOOR IN THE FIRST LOCKBOX - THEY ARE ALL THE SAME - YOU MUST TAKE ONLY ONE KEY.
WHEN YOU CHECK OUT YOU MUST LEAVE EACH KEY JUST HOW YOU FOUND THEM - BACK IN THEIR RESPECTIVE LOCKBOXES. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS PLEASE E-MAIL US.
Use of Kitchen and Lounge
The kitchen and lounge are areas for hosts only. You are NOT allowed to use these areas unless expressly authorized by the hosts.
Use of Laundry Area
The Laundry Area is just next to the Conservatory. You must wash your dishes there and use drinking water from there. You are NOT allowed to use the washing machine or dryer unless expressly authorized by the hosts.
Food
You will find breakfast foods in the breakfast room. Please help yourself but do consider fellow guests. We ask that you do not take food to eat outside of the property, for picnics for example. Please wash your dishes in the LAUNDRY AREA straight after using them in consideration of other guests.
Noise
Please respect the comfort of your fellow guests by minimizing noise, and reducing the opening and closing of doors, especially after 10.00pm and before 8.00am.
Payment Details
For all bookings, we request a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount, to secure the booking. The Balance Payment must be made upon arrival.
Prices
The price includes accommodation and a self-service continental breakfast.
Cleaning and Tidiness
Guests are expected to clean up after they use the common areas, including washing their dishes, wiping surfaces and putting foods away tidily. Please consider your fellow guests.
Guest Cancellation
Once you have booked your stay and paid the deposit, you will not be able to receive a refund in the event of a cancellation. However, please do contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations have a big impact on us. Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the arrival date can be made without further charge. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date, will be invoiced for the remainder of the booking fee, and payment will be due immediately.
Check-in time is 3pm to 10pm
Check-out time is until 11am
Please let us know if you plan to arrive outside of these times, so that we can evaluate whether alternative Check-in arrangements can be made. You are welcome to arrive earlier to park your car or drop off your bags.
Pets
No pets are allowed onto the premises.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. If it is later found that you have smoked you will be charged a minimum of £100 fine.
House Items
No items belonging to the B&B may be removed from Manna House. Please respect and take care of all items and furnishings within your bedroom and the rest of the property and report any damage prior to your departure.
Guest Areas
The Breakfast Room, Conservatory and Garden are communal areas for the use of guests only. If guests wish to have visitors, then this must be agreed in advance.
