Explore Suffolk’s beautiful Heritage Coast while staying at Manor Farm’s luxury Bed and Breakfast.
The Georgian Farmhouse offers two large, newly furnished, en-suite double guest rooms with views of the rolling farmland and paddocks.
Our two double en-suite guest rooms each overlook agricultural land and the farmhouse garden.
You can meet our prized show cattle, chosen from one of the UK’s largest herd of Lincoln Reds, in the paddocks next to the garden.
The breakfast ingredients will be all sourced locally, where possible, to give you a flavour of Suffolk.
We pride ourselves on making all guests feel at home in the farmhouse, our high standard of accommodation will help you to relax and enjoy your Suffolk stay.

Pricing:
Our per room pricing is based on double occupancy including breakfast. Discounts are offered for single occupancy and for those who do not wish to have breakfast. Any children occupying an adult’s bed will be charged the full adult rate.
We offer a 10% discount of booking of 5 nights or more.
Children (15 or younger):
We have a couple of ‘Z’ beds available should you wish your child to share your room; however, there is only enough space for one additional bed per room. If you wish to add a bed a supplement charge of £20 will apply.
Check in – Check out:
Check in is set between 4pm & 6pm, if you are unable to make these times please let us know.
Check out is at 10am.
Horses:
Horses are welcome, we have a stable that you are welcome to use.
We charge £20 per night for a horse; however, we do have limited grazing.
Please contact us for more information re stabling.
Dogs:
Unfortunately we cannot accept dogs, this is due to having our own cat and dog.
Our Pets:
As stated above we do have our own pets, one cat (Rufus) and one dog (Rosie).
We have a strict no pet’s upstairs rule, that the cat some times forgets, but all the guest rooms are pet free!
Payment Policy
When booking a room we asked for a deposit of 50% of the total booking cost.
We accept card and cash payment, our preferred method being by card.
We do not accept cheques.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your booking any pre payments will be non refundable.
