Terms & Conditions
CHECK IN AND DEPARTURE TIMES: Check in 5p.m.-10p.m. Check out by 10 a.m. Please text or telephone prior to arrival.
CHANGES: If any changes need to be make to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We will endeavor to help with your changes as best we can but cannot guarantee to be able to accommodate all requests. Where we can make changes, an amendment fee of £10.00 per person/per amendment will become available unless it is to increase the value of the booking.
Bookings made through a third party, i.e. an online travel agent will also be bound under these terms and conditions.
We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance against unexpected problems. T&C's and guest information will be sent separately via email.
We cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or theft to possessions. Cars are parked at owners risk.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is a TWO NIGHTS mininum stay on all bookings
Bookings during some dates in JULY AND AUGUST and school holidays are for 5 day minimum self catering holidays. Please telephone for availability and prices. Any bed and breakfast bookings during this period may be cancelled immediately.
Payment Policy
ADVANCED BOOKINGS: A non-refundable advanced booking deposit is required at time of booking and full payment 28 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed at time of booking. Card payments can be processed by telephone or online. If you prefer to pay by the BACS system, then details will be forwarded.
ONE NIGHT STAYS AND WALK INS: Guests must pay upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Period within which notification of cancellation is received by us:
More than 28 days - cancellation charge 20% of total cost payable
15 - 28 days - 75% of total cost payable.
7 days or less 100% of total cost payable
Requests to cancel up to 24 hours prior to booking will be subject to a minimum fee of £30.00
