GENERAL
Please read the following terms and conditions applicable to the Marii Hotel Boutique website. By visiting this web page, you accept all its terms of use, without limitation or qualification.

RATES
- Rates published on the website are valued per night of stay and per room.
- Promotional or special rates are valid only through the media they were promoted.
- Published prices must be paid in local currency (MXN)
- All reservations generate VAT and tourist taxes.
- Rate prices are only valid at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
In order to check in, it is required to settle the outstanding account. Check in time is from 3:00 p.m. onwards. If for personal reasons the guest must check in after 10:00 p.m., 24 hours notice is required.

A security deposit of $2,000.00 MXN per room is required at the time of check in, if there is no extra consumption, damage or missing items, it will be returned upon check out

Check out is no later than 11:00 a.m., after this time and until 1:00 p.m. an extra charge of 25% of the current rate for one night will be applied. After 1:00 p.m. an extra charge of 100% of the current rate for one night will be applied.

Front desk hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

RULES OF THE HOUSE
During their stay, every guest is subject to the following contract of adhesion and must obey the rules exhibited below. Otherwise, the management reserves the right of admission and stay.

All guests must register before entering the hotel and must be at least 12 years old. Guests who are underage are the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian and may not check in without the presence of the same. In no case may the number of guests exceed the occupancy capacity of the room. With the exception of assistance dogs, pets are not allowed. No guest has the right to give accommodation to another person or to receive visitors without prior consent of the hotel. Use of common areas is exclusively for guests.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. onwards. It is forbidden to make excessive noise in the rooms and facilities of the hotel.

Room cleaning is done from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., outside these hours it will not be done. Please help us keep the space tidy and clean. Put the garbage in its place, only the toilet paper should be deposited in the toilet. Clothes or wet towels should be hung on hangers and not on the furniture. The use of high voltage equipment and combustion products is not allowed. Damage due to carelessness or mistreatment, as well as excessive dirt will be charged respectively to the guest.

Any loss or damage caused by guests to the hotel’s property will be solely the responsibility of the guest, who will be charged correspondingly. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss, inside or outside the premises, of valuable objects, documents, or any other belongings. Please secure your room on your way out. Forgotten articles will be kept at the hotel for a period of 30 calendar days, after which they cannot be requested.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the stablishment. In case of non-compliance a charge of $3,000.00 MXN will be made. In case of recidivism, the guest will be asked to leave.

We reserve the right of admission and stay to any guest who is caught performing illegal activities or carrying illegal objects; in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of narcotics; with aggressive, violent or threatening attitude towards other guests or staff of the establishment; with inappropriate attitudes or disturbing the peace of the place. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the guest will be obliged to leave the accommodation immediately, and will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by the guest or a member of his/her group, which must be paid before departure. The reservation will be cancelled without any refund.

We are not responsible for accidents, as well as general failures in San Pancho and / or natural disasters, the expenses that this accident or event originates will be borne by the guest, exempting the hotel from any legal responsibility. There is no refund for such events.

Guests must give timely notice of contagious diseases or illnesses, deaths, accidents or crimes of which he/she is aware. In case of requiring medical assistance, expenses shall be borne by the guest.

In the event that the client decides to enter later or leave earlier than the dates indicated in his/her reservation and the duration of the reservation is shortened in nights, he/she will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining unused nights, which are also non-transferable.

Any situation not foreseen in these regulations shall be dealt in accordance with the applicable Federal Law of Tourism and other legal regulations applicable to the matter.

Payment Policy

To make a reservation is required a deposit of 50% of the total amount, which will be deducted from the total amount of the bill when the stay is settled. Stays are settled upon check in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the date of the reservation give the right to a 100% refund of the deposit. After this period there are no refunds.

Any change of dates requested at least 15 days prior to the date of arrival will be made free of charge. Changes required between 15 and 3 days prior to the reservation will be subject to an extra charge of the value of one night of the current rate. It is not possible to make changes less than 3 days before the arrival date. Changes are subject to availability and the current rate will be applied. There are no modifications 3 days previous to the reservation date.

In case of no show on the check in date, the reservation will be considered cancelled without the right to any refund.
