The Maui Home can be booked as a one bedroom/one bath, where you have the entire bottom floor of the home so it’s perfect for a couple seeking the utmost in privacy.
Or, if booking 3 or 4 guests, The Maui Home automatically becomes a 2 bedroom/2 bath, in which case you will have the entire bottom floor of the home, and also the upstairs master bedroom and en suite with a Jacuzzi tub. Ideal for either 2 couples or when traveling with extended family and friends. Both rooms have King size beds.
These accommodations allow for complete privacy, but come with the added benefit of onsite hosts. Your hosts reside in a separate area of the home which has its’ own entrance, providing you with the opportunity, if needed, to ask questions or take care of any situations that may arise during your visit. You may not even run into them during your entire stay, yet they are just a phone call away to address any of your needs or concerns.

The Maui Home accommodates up to 4 adults and has onsite parking for a maximum of two vehicles.
The hosts live onsite in a separate living area.
The salt water pool/Jacuzzi and the yards are professionally maintained on a weekly basis.
Quiet hours are 9 pm to 8 am as amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of The Maui Home is prohibited by the County of Maui.
Also, as per the County of Maui Permit Decree, no other parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.

Payment Policy
A credit card number (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or JCB) will hold the reservation and is used in lieu of a security deposit.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
100% of payment will be accepted as a cancellation penalty if less than 60 days cancellation notice is given. There is a combined General Excise and Transient Accommodation tax (Hotel Tax) of 17.42%. If paying by credit card, there is a 3% processing surcharge which is also not included in the room rate.
Cancellation Policy
60 days notice is required to cancel, otherwise refund will be given only to those nights that can be resold, minus a 6% credit card processing fee. For this reason, we STRONGLY recommend travel insurance which is an option that you have, which we don't have.
