The Maxfield Inn is a lovely, historic, Classical Revival mansion located in the heart of downtown Naples, built in the late 1830's. Terms & Conditions

Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Prior arrangements may be made for guests arriving before 3:00 pm or after 7:00 pm.
No parties are allowed in the mansion
No smoking is allowed in the mansion
No pets are allowed on site
Children under the age of 8 years old are not allowed to stay over night
Spike healed shoes must not be worn throughout the mansion

Payment Policy

The balance of your reservation is due on or before arrival. We accept one-night stays. Rates are subject to a 7-1/2% New York State sales tax.

Cancellation Policy

As we are a small Inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation, please call 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival so your deposit can be refunded. If you must cancel with fewer than 14 days notice, we will refund your deposit for as many nights as we are able to re-rent the room. If we are not able to re-rent the room for any portion of your original reservation, we will issue you a gift certificate for future use with no date restrictions for the remainder of the deposit. Day-of-arrival cancellations and early departures will not be refunded.
