This 1920's "Sears Catalogue" home was the "modern" Kate Kennedy House. Kate was a famous Madame and the home includes 2 bedrooms (King size Brass Bed, Full Size Oak Bed. Modern private bathroom including spa shower. Large screened in Porch, living room and backyard. This property is a fully restored historic building in downtown McCarthy. Rate includes many unique amenities such rides in an historic Automobile and genuine working 1920's technology of the day.

PLEASE NOTE: We are a remote hotel
Advance Bookings are prepaid for the full amount. Travel Insurance is recommended and readily available online or from your insurance agent.
Call the hotel if your plans change at the last minute - and although we can't give a refund within 45 days of arrival, we can let you use your reservation for a future stay if you call or email the hotel prior to the arrival date to cancel, or even on the day of arrival. No Shows are non refundable and can't be used for future stays.

We are a small hotel with a limited season, and no “walk-in” traffic, we don’t want you to book your hotel room unless you're sure you're coming to McCarthy.
When we confirm your reservation we will process th charge and send you a confirmation email with a confirmation number.
If you cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival there is a $25 per room-night cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, we cannot give a refund. However, we can issue a full credit towards a future stay if you call us to cancel within 30 day of your scheduled arrival.
This credit would be good for 2 years and is non-transferable.
We recommend travel insurance readily available on the internet, through your travel agent, or your insurance agent.
