The canvas tented safari camp accommodates guests in 8 tents - 6 twins and 2 doubles. The camp is ideally located in full view of exciting wildlife activity at the river in front of camp. Southern Africa’s largest zebra and wildebeest migration concentrates at the river during the dry season (May to November).

BOOKING CONDITIONS
On making a confirmed reservation we will email you the invoice that has our banking and payment details for telegraphic transfer payments
Note that we cannot accept credit card payments
Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of the invoiced deposit or full payment
Bookings will only be accepted by guests who have valid health and travel insurance policies
Please make sure our more detailed booking conditions are read and understood before making payment
We do have a cancellation policy that is covered in more detail in our booking conditions
Payment Policy
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is to be paid at least six weeks ahead of your arrival in camp. It is important that you email reservations@menoakwena.com to advise that you have made a payment and that you attach a copy of the transaction for our records. We will then be able to advise you when we have received your payment and confirm your booking. Booking reference to be included on all payment notifications so that we can trace payment.
Cancellation Policy
20% deposit forfeited if booking cancels 6 weeks prior to arrival.
50% penalties if booking cancels up to 2 weeks prior to arrival.
100% penalties if booking cancels within 2 weeks prior to arrival.
