Welcome to the newly renovated Mermaid Beach hotel and Callaloo restaurant and bar, located in picturesque Hillsborough Carriacou. Our 22 room hotel boasts 4 king bed suites, 4 ocean view suites, and 14 standard rooms with a combination of queen or single beds. All of our spacious rooms feature, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephones, cable TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerators, and exquisite contemporary bathrooms with rain forest showers. Located on the beach, our guests are just steps from the ocean, and Callaloo restaurant and bar, serving breakfast from &;30 am to 10:00 am daily. The Mermaid is located in the heart of town, a 5-minute drive from Lauriston airport and a 10-minute drive from the new port in Tyrell Bay, where the Osprey shuttle docks.

Reservation Policy
When making a accommodation reservation we will require:
• Full Name
• Mailing address
• Phone number
• Arrival date/time
• Number of occupants, including the age of any children
• Credit Card info – full 16-digit number and CVV (3-4 digits printed on the back of the card), expiry date and name on the card. Credit card info is required to book and confirm a reservation. As a small hotel, we are unable to confirm reservations without a valid card.
Payment Policy
To book and confirm the reservation, for bookings up to 7 nights of stay, we will charge your card 25% of your total stay, excluding Value Added Tax (VAT).
For bookings 8 nights and over, we will charge your card for 40% of the total accommodation cost, excluding VAT.
The balance of the accommodation charge plus total VAT will be charged upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We have a "Cancel-by-certain-date" policy. This type of cancellation policy allows travellers the option of cancelling the hotel reservation free of charge up until 3 days before arrival. After this deadline, the deposit will be non-refundable.
