- We are a Non-Smoking hotel and therefore there will be an extra fee assessed if smoking or tampering the smoke detector in the guest room.
- Our minimum age of check-in is 21 years-old.
- A valid ID of the main guest listed on the reservation and form of payment is required during check-in.
- We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay
(including without limitation special cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Payment Policy
A valid credit or debit card is needed during your reservation to guarantee a room with us. A first night room and tax deposit may be authorized based on our occupancy level.
If an invalid credit or debit card is used during a reservation that declines or is not able to authorize, your reservation will become non-guaranteed and subject to cancellation by our cancellation time.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations booked directly through our hotel booking engine can be cancelled with no charge up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.
