Property Information
Mi Kasa Hot Springs
We welcome all 21+ & older at our clothing optional property. We want you to be comfortable, whether you prefer to be clothed or not, our staff will ensure you are respected.
We are not a swingers type of hotel. We respect what people do behind closed doors, however we chose to be a hotel that provides full relaxation with our mineral spa and pool which we keep above 95 in winter months, to enjoy 24hrs a day. Stay with us with a day pass or an overnight. Your body will thank you.
We love our four legged friends but county health and safety restrictions prohibit pets to be in the pool, on the bed, and must be leashed while on the property. There is $50 pet cleaning fee per stay

SOMETHING YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Your safety, Freedom and Privacy are our PRIORITY
We love our four legged friends, but county health and safety restrictions prohibit pets to be in the pool and must be leashed while on the property! $50 for pet cleaning fee per stay.
Please make sure that all bags and items of value are not in sight in your vehicle.
Upon leaving the property please ensure that the gate is closed and secured, lights in the room are turned off, TV is off, and air-condition is set to 84 degrees
Hotel guests "visitors" are not allowed unless they pay the day pass fee.
Smoking is allowed on the property. Smoke responsibly and clean up after ($250 penalty is you smoke in the room)
Music allowed until 10 pm
Please shower before you go into the water and don't take a shower after. Your body will thank you
Water conservation; CA is in a drought, please reuse the pool or bath towels during your stay
All gates must be closed at all times. Delivery Service must wait outside of the gate
Your cooperation is appreciated so that all guests can enjoy the property
Loss/Damages
The Mi Kasa Hot Springs assumes no liability for a guest’s injury or loss of property in the property and parking lot. Any damage or loss of property is guest’s responsibility. Do not leave valuables in your car. Please close your room door and guest entrances at all times.
Safety
Neither lifeguards nor security guards are on duty. Please swim responsibly. NO DIVING.

Late check out? We do offer day passes after the check out time. Locker, Showers, Bathroom, Towels, Sunscreen are provided.
