Check-out is at 11AM.

Late Check Out Fee:
After 12:00pm will be charged 50% of the full room rate and 100% of the full room rate after 1:00pm.


Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

Late Night Check-ins/Last Minute Bookings:
We know that life throws us curve balls sometimes, so we're here to help. If you have booked a last minute reservation online, or are planning on checking in past 9pm please call us at 518-592-1900 and let us know. If it is past our regular business hours, please text or call 845-625-3070.

Guarantee Policy:
Reservation must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking. Your card will be charged 50% of your stay automatically and the final balance remaining will be charged on the card after check - out.

Cancellation Policy:
Please let us know by 3pm EST 7 Days before the check-in date if you need to cancel — if we don’t hear from you, we’ll need to charge 50% of each night's stay and tax to your credit card. Your card will only be refunded if you are canceling within our policy. If you paid in full in advance, we’re unable to refund your stay if your plans change and will apply a credit for your next visit. Thank you for understanding.

Group Cancellation Policy:
A separate cancellation policy applies for all group reservations. Please contact Reservations with any questions.

Early Departure:
The Millerton Inn reserves the right to assess an early departure fee. When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. If you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged 50% of each nights stay. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Non Refundable Cancellation Policy:
Any reservation requiring full pre-payment is non-cancellable, non-amendable, non-transferable and non-refundable (usually our peak holiday weekends). We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.
Your credit card will be kept on file for incidentals — like taking the blanket home with you, or breaking the lamp. If you'd like a late checkout, please let us know and we'll try to make it happen.

Pet Policy:
We charge $50 per night for pets under 25 lbs. When we say "pet" we really mean "dog," but let us know if its something else - we’ll try to make it work. Grooming of dogs in room is prohibited.


Maximum Room Occupancy:
2 persons per room only, except in Double rooms in which no more than 4 people per room are allowed with existing bedding. There's a $45/night charge for rollaway beds and are based on availability; please check with us if you’d like to request one — taxes not included. We can accommodate rollaway beds in only a few rooms, so please call and double check before booking.

Amenities:
Your reservation includes complimentary wireless internet. Continental Breakfast is complimentary for all guests between sunrise and 10:30am.

Smoking Policy:
All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up inside the hotel we must charge a $300 smoking fee to your card, plus taxes.

***Please note rooms 1 through 6 are located on our second floor while rooms 7 through 10 are located on our third floor. There is no elevator in the building***

Credit Card Fee:
An additional 3.5% for American Express will be applied to final invoice and a 2.8% for all other major credit cards will be applied.
