These suites (6) are our newest suites, and the Sunrise Building (A) is approximately 100ft from the Caribbean Sea. There are three suites on the ground floor, 3 on the second floor and the penthouse (Skyfall) on the third floor.
Each suite is equipped with a king bed, dining/living/bedroom area and a galley style kitchen and has its own balcony for you the enjoy the impressive sunrise and moonrise, the calming waves, the starry night, or the ferocious waves.

This suite sits in our BelAir Building (B) and is our oldest suite. This suite was once the vacation home of the owners; therefore, it became our large family suite. It is design to give a Belizean family home atmosphere as its decorated with all locally made Mahogany and Sam wood furniture, local art, etc.
This suite sits where you get a relaxing view of the pool and a side view of the Caribbean Sea and has a large porch furnish with rattan furniture for you to enjoy the impressive sunrise and moonrise, the calming waves, the starry night, or the ferocious waves.

These suites (4) are our third oldest and the Peace Building (C) sits middle of our lush tropical garden and overlooks the Placencia walkway. There are two (2) suites on the ground floor and two (2) on the second floor, each has a large balcony which has dining and casual seating to enjoy the garden views and the sidewalk traffic.
These suites are spacious and elegantly decorated with the local artwork, locally made cabinets and rattan furniture. Each suite has a bedroom (king bed) with en suite bath, a living (has a queen-sized sofa bed) and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
These suites are ideal for small families.

A 2 night deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation and the balance is due on arrival.
Rates per night include 9% hotel tax

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to airline delays, strikes, world events, personal issues or Acts of God, if received by Miramar Suites :

- not less than 60 days prior to arrival, a full refund

- not less than 45 days prior to arrival, 50% refund;

- Less than 45 days prior to arrival, no refund.
