Policies for Humans
1.In all cases, the total amount of the nights requested and/or the services required will be charged at the time of Check In.
2. Reservations will only guarantee the days and dates specified in the reservation, so if clients wish to stay a greater number of nights or receive additional services, said rooms and services will be subject to the availability of the Hotel. In all cases, the client will be notified of the reservation confirmation via email, in order to confirm with the clients the dates, costs and services included.
3. In the case of reservations through third parties, such as Expedia and Best Day, the confirmation will be in charge of the service provider through which the client contacted the hotel; any change or cancellation must be made through said agencies.
4. In case of booking through third parties, MO17 Hotel Boutique reserves the obligation to provide billing service.
5.The Check In to the room will take place at 3:00 p.m. The client must notify by email, 24 hours in advance, if they will arrive after that time. In case of not receiving said email, the Hotel will be able to dispose of the room from 20:00 on the day of arrival.
6. The Check Out must be carried out no later than 12:00 hours and has a 60-minute tolerance according to NOM-010-TUR-2001; If the client does not check out at that time, an additional night will be charged automatically.
7.In all cases, clients must register and open a voucher for expenses and eventualities, which will be valid while they are in the Hotel. The hotel also accepts cash deposits to guarantee your stay. The deposit or card verification will be applied regardless of whether the reservation has been paid in advance.
8.The hotel will photocopy a personal identification of the guest for internal security purposes. Said photocopy and its content are protected by the FEDERAL LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA HELD BY INDIVIDUALS.
9. A fee for Petfriendly concepts must be covered for $500.00 MN.
10. In the event that the guest or their companions generate some type of disturbance within the facilities, the hotel administration may terminate the provision of services. In case of causing any damage to the furniture and hotel facilities, the corresponding charge will be made in order to compensate the damage to the facilities and the time that the areas are under repair, which generate losses to the hotel.
11. It is strictly prohibited to bring weapons and drugs of any kind into the property, as well as to enter the hotel with alcoholic beverages, corrosive or dangerous material.
12.MO17 Hotel Boutique is not responsible for losses inside the hotel or car, if you forget your belongings, they will be safeguarded within a period of 20 days after Check Out. Confirmation of the reservation sent by email must be presented upon arrival at the property. The room will be delivered to the guest who identifies with a legal document and the name matches the reservation. The hotel will only respond for those belongings left on request at reception under a receipt signed by both parties.
13. The hotel has civil liability insurance of $1,000,000.00 MN operating with deductibles according to the AMIS manual and NOM-07-TUR-2002. Likewise, it is covered by parking insurance of $50,000.00 MN per vehicle.
Non-Human Policies
1- MO17 does not discriminate against any pet because of its weight, size, race
or humans that it brings with it.
2- All pets must be registered in frontdesk upon
arrival
3- Inside the room, pets must remain in
their respective bed and may not use the
bathroom, tub or shower amenities.
4- The fee charged per pet includes: Bed, drinking/food bowl
, pee pad, poop bags, treats and includes special cleaning of the
room at your exit
5- The bathroom for pets is at the bottom left
(behind the tree in the garden)
6- Pets must be accompanied by their human at all
times, they are responsible for any damage they do
your pet and will be charged at the time of check out considering
its commercial value
7- Collar, tag and leash is essential when walking around the hotel.
8- If your pet is an assistance or
work dog, please indicate it.
9- The pet must have current anti-parasite treatment.
10- The hotel is not responsible for the pets that stay
, it will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the owner.

Cancellation Policy
All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card number or a deposit to the hotel account. You can change or cancel a reservation with a minimum of 72 hours prior to the day and time of check-in, which is at 3:00 p.m.; Otherwise, it will generate a charge for 1 night's stay. In case of not using the reservation (NO SHOW), the hotel will charge the equivalent of 1 night's stay. In the event that the client wants to leave the hotel or cancel his stay and his reservation has one night left, he must notify him before 10 am. In the event that your reservation has two or more nights remaining, a charge of one night will be made to the card and/or cash that you left as a guarantee. If you have a PROMOTION rate, you cannot cancel or modify the reservation.
