HOLIDAY SEASON

Payment
Guest’s information, credit card and a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation for Holiday Season.
The remaining balance is due 90 days before the arrival date.
HIGH SEASON
January 4 to April 30
November 1 to Dec 21
Payment
Guest’s information, credit card and a 50% deposit are required @ the time of booking.
A full payment is due 60 days prior to reserved dates.
GREEN SEASON
May 1 to October 30
Payment
Guest’s information, credit card and a 50% deposit are required @ the time of booking.
A full payment is due 30 days prior to reserved dates.
Cancellation Policy
HOLIDAY SEASON
Dec 22 to Jan 3
Cancellations
100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged when cancelled between 60 days or less prior to reserved dates and in case of a no show.
50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged when cancelled between 90 to 60 days prior to reserved dates.
HIGH SEASON
January 4 to April 30
November 1 to Dec 21
Cancellation
100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged when cancelled between 60 days or less prior to reserved dates and in case of a no show.
GREEN SEASON
May 1st to October 30th
Cancellation
100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged when cancelled between 30 days or less prior to reserved dates and in case of a no show.
