Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: Starts at 3:00 pm
- Check-out: Until 11:00 am
Deposits & Identification
- All bookings require a 25% deposit.
- Upon check-in, please present a valid license or identification document along with a credit card for pre-authorization.
- A temporary $250 incidental deposit is required via credit card; we do not accept cash or debit for this deposit. This amount will be returned in full provided there are no damages to the property.
Property Policies
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and apartments. Please use designated outdoor areas only.
- Quiet Hours: Guests are asked to remain quiet between 23:00 and 07:00.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Extra Beds: Cots/ playpens are available upon request in advance.
- Age Restrictions: Guests under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of children and their ages for accurate pricing and occupancy.

Payment Policy
Please be advised that The Monastery Hotel Spa reserves the right to charge the full reservation amount and a damage deposit to your credit card upon check-in.
If you are paying with a gift certificate or voucher, please provide the certificate number at the time of booking. Please note that a $250 pre-authorization is still required upon check-in for incidentals.
Additionally, a 3% surcharge applies to all apartment rentals and event purchases exceeding $1,000.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that all rooms and packages at The Monastery Hotel Spa are reserved by credit card.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full balance. All no-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 100% charge. Please note that this policy also applies to reservations made using gift certificates or vouchers
