BREAKFAST
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 9am (excluding bank holidays)
Saturday - Sunday 9am - 10am
Please note, breakfast is not included when booking through third party booking sites such as booking.com, but can be arranged on arrival @ £10 per person/per night
CHECK - IN
From 2PM - 8PM
Please note, we do require a specific time of arrival Sunday - Tuesday and for late check-in's.
This helps us greatly when welcoming you on arrival.

Early check in is available if required @ £25.00 (must be arranged prior to arrival)
CHECK-OUT
Before 11AM
Late checkout is available up until 1.30 pm on day of departure @ £25.00
EXTRA BEDS
We can provide extra put-up beds in rooms for a charge of £25.00 per night, including breakfast (must be arranged prior to arrival)
BIKE STORAGE
Secure bike storage is available @ £7.50 per bike (must be arranged prior to arrival)
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY
The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel's property or structure.
SMOKING
Strictly no smoking inside the premises.
PETS
The Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises.
EXCESSIVE NOISE AND PARTIES
To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR
Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the Hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention, the Hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are not permitted in the Hotel premises:
Animals of any kind.
Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials
Objects emitting a foul odour
Unregistered firearms or other weapons
Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts
Illegal drugs or other articles,
We the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items.

Payment in full on arrival, unless by prior arrangement.

Upto 20 Hours 50% Charge of room rate
Less than 12 Hours Full Room Charge
