Property Information
Located in Brockville in Ontario’s Thousand Islands region, The Noble Suites complex is a historically recognised property, creatively adapted to provide guests with the finest of modern comforts and amenities while maintaining the historical grandeur and ambiance of this rare example of a London town house and skilled artisans work in Canada. Built before Confederation, the year Morse Code was invented and the British Parliament passed an Act uniting Upper and Lower Canada the property is situated at the harbour in downtown Brockville, across the street from the locals favourite breakfast spot. It is less than 5 minutes’ walk from local shops and Brockville's array of restaurants to suit your taste be it traditional or ethnic. Each spacious guest apartment is individually themed. All suites include a full sized refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and gas BBQ facilities. All suites except The Judges Chambers include a full-size stove and dishwasher. It has a two burner stove. Crystal wine glasses, china teacups, beer steins, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. Guests will find a selection of teas and coffees, hot chocolate, oatmeal, a Keurig coffee maker, real cream, real milk in their suite. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a large LED TV with satellite channels, fireplaces, ironing facilities and air conditioning. Some suites are equipped with sofa beds. For added comfort, the Queen beds are fitted with microfibre sheets. The bathrooms are en suite, and contain a shower or a bath/shower combination, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. At The Noble Suites you will find a well-maintained enclosed courtyard garden with lawn chairs. On-site parking is available at no extra cost. This property is less than a minutes’ walk from the Tall Ships Landing, the Aquatarium and Canada's first railroad tunnel. The Brockville Museum and Brockville Arts Centre and the millionaires row of historic architecture from the gilded age when Brockville was the wealthiest city in Upper Canada can all be found within 700 metres.

We are a self-catering accommodation and therefore do not have staff on the premises 24 hours a day (although the owner, Henry Noble lives on site). If you require assistance, we are always just a email, or phone call away. IF YOU BOOKED ON BOOKING WEBSITES LIKE EXPEDIA OR BOOKING>COM ETC. they control your booking and I cannot modify it . They charge me a 15% booking fee and want to control their revenue to suit their marketing agenda so you must contact them. That is why all us hoteliers prefer guests to book direct as our hotel websites have full information and are not programmed to try to pressure or steer you and present options that are the most beneficial to the booking agency Contrary to what they imply, the prices are the same as they go to the hotel websites to find out availability and pricing. They do nor block buy to offer discount prices as some such sites try to imply. They have to charge the price set by the hotel on it's website but imply otherwise,
Although many of our suites can accommodate many guests; most bookings are for one person or a couple. Our room rate is based on an occupancy of one or two persons and the use of one bed. If more folks stay than was stated on the booking extra charges will be levied.
Abnormal usage and damage
Our competition offer rooms, often with a kitchenette. Our suites are apartments with fully equipped kitchens. As most guests only make minor kitchen use, usually just beverages, our pricing is based accordingly. If the use of the suite requires extra cleaning than is normal, or there is damage or items missing or removal of supplies appropriate charges will be levied.
Housekeeping: Unless requested otherwise, we do not offer daily housekeeping service for stays of under a week (except for towel and garbage removal). Extra linens and towels can be provided by our cleaning staff at your request.
Food/Beverages: While we do provide basic condiments, as well as coffee, tea, 2% milk, cream, maple oatmeal and tea in our suites, we do not serve breakfast or have any type of on-site restaurant. All of our suites feature fully equipped kitchens, so many of our guests pick-up some groceries before they arrive.
We do not permit vaping or smoking of tobacco or cannabis inside the buildings. In keeping with industry practice and to allay the lost revenue of closing off a suite and major cleaning costs to eradicate the smell a charge of $1.000.00 will apply
