Terms & Conditions

By registering for a room, you assume all responsibility for the care of the room and it's contents. MINIMUM $250 charge for any room damage.
No smoking in rooms or covered entry area. There will be a MINIMUM $500 charge for cleaning a smoked in room, or if there are butts in the room garbage.
Guest agrees to pay a $500 penalty for smoking anywhere on the property other than the designated smokers stations.
Room rates are for 2 person occupancy. There is a $5 per night charge for each additional person over 12.
Bicycles are not allowed in rooms. There will be a $250 charge as a result of having a bike in your room.
No Pets
NO REFUNDS will be given if you leave early from your scheduled stay.
Check in time: Mon - Sat 3pm to 10pm, SUNDAY 2pm to 5pm.
CHECK OUT TIME IS BY 10 AM. Late check outs will be charged an extra day.

Payment Policy

Full payment is taken at the time the reservation is made.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

Cancellation Policy

There are no exceptions to these policies. Including for illness or weather.

The entire reservation will be billed the day you book. This is done because these are special event dates. Once we are holding a room for you, we turn other guests away. NO REFUNDS will be issued if you cancel. Deposit is NOT transferable to different dates. If you cancel you FORFEIT your payment

RESERVATIONS OTHER THAN ABOVE DATES:

MAY 1ST THRU OCTOBER 31ST:
Full Payment is taken when the reservation is made. If you cancel with 3 days notice by 3pm, a refund will be given minus a 1 day plus tax cancellation penalty. With less than 3 days notice, no refund will be given.

NOV 1ST THRU APRIL 30TH;
Full payment is taken when reservation is made. If cancellation is made with 3 days notice by 3pm, a full refund will be given. With less than 3 days notice, no refund will be given.
