The Ocean Resort Inn is open May through October; located 65 footsteps from the beach and captivating coastlines of the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean in Montauk. Our Inn offers 16 Rooms and 1 ADA Accessible Room (please contact our Front Desk directly for more information). Our comfortable accommodations provide a peaceful retreat after a day of having fun in the sun on one of the beautiful ocean beaches Montauk has to offer. This ideal location reflects the relaxing and soothing atmosphere that you will experience. We are located conveniently near a variety of recreational landmarks featuring Golf, Tennis and Montauk Downs State Park only 5-minute drive away. We provide beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for our guests, a free High-Speed Wi-Fi as well as Pool Towels for our Outdoor Saltwater heated Pool open Memorial Day through Columbus Day. We pride ourselves on providing the cleanest and coziest rooms in Montauk. Every aspect of your stay is designed to be comforting and memorable, inside and outside of the Inn. Please read carefully the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- 25 and over Age Policy;
- Rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 Guests (contact us directly in regards to children, extra guests cannot be accommodated: 631-668-2300);
- Non Smoking Facility: if evidence of smoke is found in room I agree to pay a $250 Cleaning Fee;
- No Pets allowed in accommodations or on property, if evidence of a pet is found I agree to pay $250 Cleaning Fee and may be asked to vacate room;
- All rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 Guests (please contact us directly to accommodate children);
- Quiet time on Property Corridors or Courtyard starts at 9pm ends at 9am;
- Visitors are not allowed (inquire at our Front Desk for Visitor/s Information);
- If I or someone in my party cause damage to accommodations, business property or free amenities, I agree to be held liable and cover expenses;
- Pool Children's Hours: 11am-1pm, 4pm-6pm (Pool is open Memorial Day through Columbus Day).
DEPOSITS:
- I agree to pay the full cost of my reservation on the Day of Booking;
- Note: Credit Cards provided for reservations cannot be changed after payment has been processed;
- If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, a $50 Fee will be charged (per room);
- All reservations within 30 days to arrival date cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded;
* This Cancellation Policy only applies when booking directly with property (not valid for 3rd party travel websites).
Payment Policy
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.
