Property Information
The Ocean Resort Inn is open May through October, located 65 footsteps from the beach and captivating coastlines of the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean in Montauk. Our inn offers 16 rooms and 1 ADA accessible room (Please contact our Front desk directly for more information), some our units offer an in room Jacuzzi tub and provide a peaceful retreat after a day of having fun in the sun on one of the many beautiful ocean beaches Montauk has to offer. We provide bikes for guests to ride, beach passes for local beaches and free Wi-Fi. We pride ourselves on providing the cleanest, most luxurious suites in Montauk. Every aspect of your stay is designed to be comforting and memorable, inside and outside of the inn. Our central courtyard provides guests with the additional luxury of relaxing in a hammock or Adirondack porch swing, barbecuing or picnicking.This ideal location reflects the relaxing and soothing atmosphere that you will experience. I agree to the following Policies:
25 and over age policy ​
Rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 Guest (Contact us directly in regards to Children, Extra Guests cannot be accommodated 631-668-2300)
Non Smoking Facility, if evidence of smoke is found in room I agree to pay a $250 cleaning fee.
No Pets allowed in accommodations or on property, if evidence of a pet is found I agree to pay $250 cleaning fee and may be asked to vacate room.
All rooms accommodate maximum 2 Guest (Please contact us directly to accommodate children).
Quiet time on property corridors or courtyard starts at 9pm ends at 9am
Visitors are not allowed (Inquire at our Front desk for visitor information)
If I or someone in my party cause damage to accommodations, Business property, or Free amenities I agree to be held liable and cover expenses.
Pool Children's Hours: (Pool is open Memorial Day to Columbus day)
11-1pm, 4-6pm
Deposits:
I agree to pay the full cost of my reservation on the day of Booking.
Note: Credit Cards provided for reservation cannot be changed after payment has been processed.

If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, a $50 fee will be charged (per room).
All reservations within 30 days to arrival date cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
