Terms & Conditions

• All rates are based on double occupancy extra adult is $40 per night and child $25 per night. Extra child/adult without notification will be charged $50 per child/adult per night upon arrival.
• Ocean Surf reserves the right to make any room changes necessary. Upon check-in any damages to the room should be notified to the front office immediately otherwise damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file. $35.00 charge for lost keys.
• All guests must first check in at front desk upon arrival. Only registered guests may use our facilities- All visitors must sign in at front desk. Parking is for registered guests only one parking per room. No visitor parking allowed.
• Check in 3:00 PM check out 11:00 AM. Late checkout without permission will be charged half a day.
• No Smoking guests will be charged $250/- cleaning fee if we find smoke in the room.. No Pets Allowed. You must be 25yrs and older to check in.
• All rates are subject to 6 % room maintenance charge. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking for all reservations less than 4nights per room. 50% deposit is required for 4 or more nights per room.
• No Life Guard on Duty. All children under 16 years to be supervised by parent/adult at all times in the pool. Pool Hours 10.00 AM-6.00PM. Office hours 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• All guests are expected to keep the premises quiet after 7:00 pm. If the noise level continues to be high after a warning you will be asked to leave the premises without any refund.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover card only.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY
A CANCELLATION/CHANGE FEE OF 10% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL DATE. NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100%. RESERVATIONS ARE COMMITMENT FOR FULL PERIOD REQUESTED. NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE/BAD WEATHER/HURRICANE OR ANY EMERGENCY.

We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Cancellation Policy

We require 10% for all cancellations/ changes received more than 30 days from arrival date.

No refunds for cancellations/changes within 30 days of arrival date.

No shows will be charged 100%.

Reservations are commitment for full period no refunds for early departure/bad weather/Hurricane or any emergency.
