Breakfast is included in your room rate, and is served daily from 7:30am-10am
No Curfew
Dogs allowed with signing of pet waiver, and payment of Q100 per dog. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, and are only allowed in private rooms.
All Rooms are Non-Smoking
Maya Papaya is not liable for any damages to property or equipment by the guest, and the guest will be charged accordingly
Payment Policy
We accept cash (quetzales or USD), Visa, and Mastercard.Payment is due upon check-in. Payments with credit card have a 5% surcharge if the amount is Q1000 or less.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before arrival with no penalty. Bookings are non-refundable, so if you choose to cancel after this period or are a no-show, your credit card will be charged for the first night of your booking and your reservation will be cancelled.
