We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).

Payment Policy

For all other bookings, your card details are taken to secure the reservation only. Payment must be made (using any card) to Oldfields House on your departure.
Unfortunately cheques and cash are not accepted at the property.

Due to changes from Bath & North East Somerset Council from May 2022, Oldfield's House will be charging all guests £10 per day for on-site or off-site permit parking.

Our check in time is 2pm with check-out by 10.30am, however, if there is a requirement to arrive at the hotel earlier we will do our best to arrange a check-in or hold luggage until the room is ready.

Late check-out (11:30) is dependent on occupancy and cannot always be arranged. Please discuss late check-out requirements with reception.

Breakfast is divided into 3 time slots. 08.00am 08.40am and 09.20am. You will be asked on check in which time suits your needs. Please note that spaces are limited and subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

If your reservation has not been pre-paid through an online travel agent (such as Booking.com, Expedia or their affiliates) then you can cancel your reservation free-of-charge as long as the reservation is cancelled more than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the check-in time.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to check-in, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If your reservation has been made using an online travel agent (such as Booking.com, Expedia or their affiliates), cancellations MUST be made through the online agent. Oldfields House is not permitted to process cancellation instructions on their behalf.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation then the reservation has not been cancelled.

No-Show – If you do not arrive to take-up your booked accommodation, no refund will be made. Oldfields House will have completed their "provision of service" by reserving the room for your exclusive use.
