Our Orangery Restaurant is open Friday - Sunday for Lunch & Dinner and Damson Cocktail Bar is open daily for drinks subject to availability. We strongly advise that table reservations are made PRIOR TO ARRIVAL to avoid disappointment PLEASE BOOK @ www.the-orangery.com as we do not automatically allocate a table for hotel guests.

Check in time is between 3pm - 9pm. Our reception closes at 9pm and you will be unable to check in after this time- please be aware of this prior to booking with us.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
If you have any dietary requirements, medical problems or disabilities which may affect your stay, please call the hotel directly and we will be happy to make provision if at all possible
CANCELLATION
Should you wish to cancel your bedroom booking you may do so up to 72 hours prior to 3pm on your scheduled day of arrival, cancellations after this time will be charged at the full booking rate and total length of stay rate to the card supplied on your booking. Cancellations are not available for non-refundable, Dinner Inclusive, feel Good Friday or any discounted room rates where full payment will be charged and taken in advance for the full length of your stay.
Payment Policy
All bookings must be supported by a valid credit or debit card. Payment for the full value of the booking may be deducted from your card at the time of booking. All additional costs incurred during your stay must be paid prior to your departure from the hotel or the card supplied on booking will be charged for any extras, including room items, bar & restaurant Tabs or damages.
Cancellation Policy
If you have booked direct through the Orangery - your booking reference will start LH, Should you wish to cancel your bedroom booking you may do so up to 72 hours prior to 3pm on your scheduled day of arrival, cancellations after this time will be charged at the full booking rate and total length of stay rate to the card supplied on your booking.
Cancellations through other methods (Booking.com/Expedia, A-Hotels or other affiliates) the the booking policy will apply depending on the type of booking made - Usually 7 Days -
Cancellations are not available for non-refundable, Dinner Inclusive, feel Good Friday or any discounted room rates where full payment will be charged and taken in advance for the full length of your stay.
