The Oneida Community Mansion House is a National Historical Landmark.  We offer guests a unique and affordable alternative to mainstream hotels .  We have a relaxed and social feel with private rooms, communal spaces and a complimentary tour of our museum.  Each guest room can accommodate two guests with well appointed features that include high ceilings, tall windows with views of our beautiful grounds and courtyard, free WiFi, private bath with amenities, mini-fridge,  and more.  We strive to bring travelers, outdoor enthusiasts and adventure seekers together in a historic community setting.  Our guests will enjoy a shared lounge, coffee bar and public library to relax or mingle with like minded people.  Whether coming back from a long day of skiing, cycling, golf or sightseeing you can always come back to the Mansion House for quiet time and enjoy your own cozy sanctuary.

Spacious and full of natural light! This charming two level suite is located on the third and fourth floor of the Mansion's north tower. The living room and full bath are located on the third floor with a staircase that takes you to the fourth floor bedroom. Please note , due to its location the suite is not handicap accessible or recommended for guests who might have trouble navigating stairs.

Located on the first floor, our queen suite offers a bedroom, bathroom, and separate living area with a pull-out couch. This private suite boasts views of beautifully landscaped grounds. A light breakfast and self guided tour of the museum are included in your stay!
Note: One queen sized bed in the bedroom, and one pull-out couch with a full-sized mattress in the living area.
Cots are available for an additional charge.

Términos y condiciones

-Photos are representative of the room size booked. Every guest room is distinct, and room assignments depend on availability.
-Our property has a policy of No Smoking and No Pets. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be assessed a $200 fee.
-Check-in time is 3:00 pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available, check-ins are welcome until 8:00pm. If you know you will be arriving later than 8:00 pm you MUST let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for a staff member to let you in the building.
-Check out time is 11:00 am. Late check out requests MUST be made in advance and only if room occupancy allows.
-We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover credit cards, checks & cash for payment. You must have a valid credit card to reserve a room. Payment for your stay is made when you check-in.
-Our quiet hours are from 11:00 pm - 7:30 am.
-Free parking is available to all our overnight guests. Guests are also welcome to a guided or self guided tour of our museum. Guided tours require advance notice.
-There is no Bellhop or Valet service.
-No hourly rates available.

Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $20 and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to room key, remote controls, linens, pillows, glassware, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

Our rates are all inclusive, based on double occupancy and includes a complimentary coffee bar. There are no additional taxes, fees or hidden surcharges. Direct reservations are confirmed by payment of your 1st night stay.

Política de cancelación

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, all cancellations are subject to a minimum $25 per booked room cancellation fee and are treated as follows:
If Cancelled 7 days prior to check -in date , No Charge will be applied.
If cancellation is made less than 7 days of check-in date there will be a 100% charge plus minimum $25 per booked room cancellation fee OR based on our ability to resell your room(s) the 100% charge for room(s) will not be applied.
