A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation(pre-authorization may be required). Full payment will be made directly at the Hotel at check-out time, except if the reservation is cancelled 3 days(72h) before 00:00 of the arrival day.
If cancelled up to 3 days(72h) before 00:00 of the arrival day , no fee will be charge
If cancelled later, 100% will be charged.
In case of no-show, All nights will be charged.
Departure prior the reserved dates will result in a 100% charge of the remaining accommodation balance.
ESTANDARD RATE : *For reservations with arrival day from 1st to 8th of April and from 22th to 28th of April the rate will be refoundable until 14 days before the arrival. If cancelled later 100% will be charged*

All rooms are equipped with safe boxes so the accommodation is not responsible for any theft or loss guests may suffer.
Guests are prohibited from: a) Making annoying noises, smoking inside the rooms, causing altercations, holding parties, entering pets without permission and in general, any disturbing act to the other guests. b) Damage, subtract or give a use different than its purpose to the furniture, decoration or equipment.
The company reserves the right to finish the hosting service, when the previous mentioned prohibitions are violated, without having the right to any reduction in their rate, being also obliged to pay or compensation for damages or losses caused.

Se requiere una tarjeta de crédito válida para garantizar su reserva (puede ser necesaria una autorización previa).
La tarifa es reembolsable hasta 3 días antes de la fecha de llegada.
El pago total se realizará directamente en el hotel al momento del check-out, a no ser que la reserva se cancele con menos de 3 días de antelación al del día de check in. En este caso se cargará el 100% de la reserva.
En caso de No presentación del Huésped toda la estancia será cargada.
En caso de salida anterior a la fecha reservada el 100% de la cantidad restante será cargada.
TARIFA ESTANDAR: *Para reservas comprendidas ente el 1 y el 8 de Abril y entre el 22y el 28 de Abril de 2023, la cancelación es gratuita hasta 14 días antes del día de check in.

Los huéspedes disponen de cajas de seguridad en las habitaciones por lo que la empresa no se hace responsable de posibles robos o pérdidas de dinero u objetos de valor que pudieran llegar a sufrir.
Queda prohibido a los huéspedes: a) Hacer ruidos molestos, fumar en el interior de las habitaciones, provocar altercados, realizar fiestas, ingresar mascotas sin permiso y en general, cualquier acto que perturbe el descanso de los demás huéspedes. b) Deteriorar, sustraer o darle un uso distinto al de su finalidad al mobiliario, la decoración o equipamiento. La empresa se reserva el derecho de dar por terminado el servicio de hospedaje, cuando se infrinjan las prohibiciones señaladas, sin que el huésped causante de ellas tenga derecho a reducción alguna en su tarifa, quedando obligado además al pago o indemnización de los daños o perjuicios que cause.

Groups: 50% payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

Non-Refoundable rate: All the stay will be charge at any moment from the reservation date.

TAHALÚ TURISMO S.L. As a company responsible for data processing, we treat the information you provide in order to provide the requested service and billing it. A minimum term of 5 years will be retained. They will not be transferred to third parties, except legal obligation. Se conservarán un plazo mínimo de 5 años. No se cederán a terceros, salvo obligación legal. Cancellation Policy

The payment will not be refound and may be charged from the reservation date.
