Pauline’s Apartments is a small and intimate complex with 10 serviced apartments (studios and 1-bedroom apartments).
We are located in a residential neighborhood called Keito in the Palm Beach area. The beach is only a 20-minute walk away (Hilton Hotel) and there are a lot of restaurants, shops, casinos and entertainment in the area. Also, the islands capital Oranjestad is easily accessible by car from where we are located. The airport is about 6 miles away and the ride from there to our apartments takes in between 15-30 minutes (depending on traffic).
As you know the island of Aruba is very safe during day and night and you can walk at any time. Of course, is a rental car very comfortable with the sun and warm temperatures of Aruba. We have a private parking lot. On request, we provide a transfer service between the airport and our apartments. We charge US $ 35.- per ride for this service.

IMPORTANT: we do not have an office at the apartments. Therefore if you come by taxi or rental car we recommend to give us a call when you leave the airport on your way to us. The number you can call is +297-5938231. We will make sure to be at the apartments when you arrive to welcome you and check you in.

Payment Policy

Standard reservations, 20% of the rental amount will be charged to your credit card after receiving the reservation. The remaining is due with check-in.

Non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation including taxes will be charged to your credit card upon receiving the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Standard reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before the planned arrival date. In such a case the full down payment will be refunded to your credit card. Please cancel through the online travel agent you made the reservation with or contact us directly if you used our website to make the booking.

Non-refundable reservations can be cancelled, but we will not refund any payments.

We highly recommend all guests protect themselves for losses due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Because we are a small, independently owned business, we are not flexible when it comes to collecting fees for last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
