The information collected is stored in a secured database that is not located on property. Your credit card information will be purged from our system seven (7) days after departure.
If you booked your reservation online via our website, www.penthousehotelpalau.com, your card details are never written or printed on paper. Your credit card information is stored electronically on a secured server in two separate parts with secure limited access.

CHECK-IN TIMES
Check in time is 2PM. If you expect to arrive later midnight, please let us know your ETA.
CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check out time is at noon. If availability allows, check out time may be extended. There may be a fee of up one-day room and tax charge.
