We aim to provide you with a comfortable and rewarding stay at Penthouse Hotel Palau, your home in Palau.

Please read our terms and policies below:

SECURITY
In the interest of our mutual security, we are fully compliant with PCI CSS regulations for the handling of your credit card information. The information collected is stored in a secured database that is not located on property. Your credit card information will be purged from our system seven (7) days after departure.

If you booked your reservation online via our website, www.penthousehotelpalau.com, your card details are never written or printed on paper. Your credit card information is stored electronically on a secured server in two separate parts with secure limited access.

If you book direct by telephone or in person, your credit card information is stored electronically on a secured server in two separate parts with secure limited access.

CHECK-IN TIMES
Check in time is 2PM. If you expect to arrive later midnight, please let us know your ETA.

CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check out time is at noon. If availability allows, check out time may be extended. There may be a fee of up one-day room and tax charge.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit credits, cash, personal and business checks drawn from local banks. A service fee of $50 will be charged for NSF checks.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a penalty, reservations must be cancelled five (5) days prior to arrival.
Reservations not cancelled will be subject to one-night room and tax charge.

Credit cards are required to hold reservations of groups larger than 5 rooms.
